Proper systems and organizational structures are key to efficiency and growth of any film festival.  These are seasonal events and involve unique patterns of workflow.  RAS offers a full range of operational support to assist events in this area.   Services may include the following:

SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT
From database functions to office administration, and ticketing, RAS assists Festivals establish proper systems for their infrastructure.  In addition, RAS will put together an excel working budget, breaking down expense and revenue projections, based on the scope of the event.  These line items may be modified and RAS will be available for feedback.

HUMAN RESOURCES

RAS provides suggestions in this area to include, permanent, temporary and consulting team members.  RAS is also be available to offer support for job descriptions, hiring schedules and delivery guidelines.

FESTIVAL TIMELINES
This practice involves producing general timelines to give principals targets for festival priorities.  Examples include, call for entries distribution, invitation letters, sponsorship package distribution and follow up, ticketing, film delivery, etc.

PRODUCTION SERVICES

RAS assists in the production of festivals and their special events, from pre-production planning, to staffing, budgeting and technical support through the actual event supervision.
