RAS will utilize their relationships in the motion picture business to assist Festivals in branding their event in the film community, as well as provide access to industry professionals for a number of different purposes. 

CELEBRITY PROCUREMENT

With an understanding of the Festivals goals in this regard, RAS will assist in the following:

Recommendations of events and/or scope of celebrity program

Help to prepare list of candidates

Recommend materials to be included in the solicitation

Oversee and/or execute the outreach

Provide reports on the status 

PANEL SUPPORT

RAS has the experience in developing the appropriate panels, seminars and workshops for Festivals.  In addition, they have the access to assist in the procurement of participants.  RAS principals have participated in many panel discussions as well, including the role of moderator.  Support in this area may include:

Advising on outreach materials

• Development of program structure
• Advising on outreach materials
• Development of appropriate solicitation letter for prospective panelists
• Outreach to panelists
• Panel participation and/or moderation

JURY SUPPORT
Similar to Panel Support, RAS has the experience and access to assist with outreach to appropriate jury candidates.  Support in this area may include:

• Development of jury structure
• Advising on outreach materials
• Development of appropriate solicitation letter for prospective jurors
• Outreach to jurors
• Recommendation for jury regulations and deliberation strategies

ADVISORY COMMITTEE/BOARD SUPPORT

This team can assist a Festival in many different ways, from providing credibility to targeted support and strategy in key areas of festival development.  RAS has the experience to assist in this process.  Services may include the following:

• Developing target lists for Advisory Board/Committee 
• Development of Board/Committee structure
• Advising on outreach materials
• Development of appropriate solicitation letter
• Outreach to Board/Committee
